Please Read Before Ordering
1) Order Online: Minimum eighteen (18) days before Wedding for pickup orders
Minimum thirty (30) days before Wedding for delivery orders.
Orders can be placed up to a year in advance.
2) Payment Methods: Cash / Debit Card / Visa/ MasterCard/Discover Card/American
Express. Checks accepted if received thirty (30) days prior to event.
3) Deposits: Orders $300 or less (payment in full at time of booking)
Orders over $300 (50% at time of booking/balance due fifteen (15) days before event)
4) Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within thirty (30) days of the event and
are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
5) Changes To Order: Changes (add or subtract) to order can be made within three
days of booking your event. Additions Only - Product can be added to your order up
to seven days before event.
6) Booking/Payment:
Once you have booked your order on line, we will confirm your order and
total cost online within 24 hours or if order is placed on a weekend-the
following Monday. Booking is complete when deposit is received.
Checks made payable to Global Floral Events, LLC.
Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash:
Deposit can be made at our warehouse Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
and on Saturday 9am-1pm. Once your credit card information is on
file in our office, final payment can be made over the telephone.

8) Final Order Confirmation: Our office will telephone you within 15 days
prior to your event to check for additions to your order and to confirm
time of pickup or delivery of your product.
